The Angel.

The Angel. Definition- a kind, loveable person. One who manifests goodness, purity and selflessness. A being from Heaven. Heaven. Definition- A condition or place of great happiness, delight or pleasure. However this Angel in particular, this one being from the purest place imagined by man has fallen. Her wings have broken and her skin has cracked for she has fallen to a dark place. A place not even an Angel can light up. She has fallen in love. Its such a dark, twisted tunnel that has no end. The Angel can do nothing, nothing will help her, she's trapped. The thing is... Love is the closest thing we humans have to magic. However we do not control this, love is completely out of our power, it just happens. We do not understand it, so an Angel would not either. She has no escape. Love is a dark magic that has the power to kill. This darkness surrounds the Angel tighter and tighter, not allowing her to breathe. She never has the chance to show her beauty to any other, all because this one thing... Love... took her in its hold and is refusing to let go. She is scared. She wants to be released. Release. Death is a release... no? Yes. She was frightened but... we do not fear death, we fear that no one will remember us when we are gone. We fear being forgotten.
